About Stacy
Award-winning writer Stacy Juba is the author of arresting mysteries from light to literary, perfect for book clubs or the beach. Her debut mystery novel, Twenty-Five Years Ago Today, is now available. Her second mystery suspense novel,Sink or Swim,is scheduled for release in December 2010.
Stacy is a past recipient of the William F. Deeck - Malice Domestic Grant for new mystery writers.

Stacy has written more than 2,000 articles and won over a dozen writing awards, including recognition from the New England Press Association, Parenting Publications of America, Suburban Newspapers of America and the Stuttering Foundation of America.

She is also a winner of the American Cancer Society New England Chapter’s Sword of Hope Media Award. Her feature articles have been distributed over the Associated Press New England news wire.

Her young adult novel Face-Off, about twin brothers competing on the hockey rink for their father’s approval, was published by Avon Books when she was 18 years old under her maiden name, Stacy Drumtra. The book garnered positive reviews and still generates fan mail despite being out-of-print.

After years of working as a reporter, Stacy now concentrates on writing fiction and freelancing. She has produced many award-winning articles for a regional parenting magazine and her nonfiction has appeared nationally in The Writer and ByLine. Stacy is trained in Reiki, a form of hands-on healing which she practices on friends and family. Her other hobbies include doing Tai Chi and reading mystery novels. She lives with her family in New England and is a member of Sisters in Crime and Mystery Writers of America.
