The giveaway will run from 12:01 a.m. EST on Oct. 3 to 12:01 EST on Oct. 24. The iPad contest is open in the U.S. only. If the winner chooses the iPad, it will ship directly from the Apple Store. However, the $500 PayPal cash prize is open worldwide.

It’s my first time participating in something of this magnitude so am hoping to gain lots of new followers. So far, about 83 new GFC followers in the first 24 hours and a similar gain for Facebook and Twitter with about 20 days to go!
